A SMART goal should match your current situation and your HELP needs. Choose the 3 goals you selected last time:

* Not have sex until I decide I am ready

* Stop having sex until I decide I am ready

* Master how to put on a condom

* Begin using condoms with my partner

* Use condoms correctly every time I have anal sex

* Reduce the alcohol/drugs I use before I have sex

* Get tested for HIV and STIs

* Get tested for HIV and STIs with a partner

* Obtain condoms and always have them available

* Talk to my doctor or healthcare provider about PrEP
